Nature Valley, the first granola bar designed for on-the-go consumption in nature, has positioned itself as a Proud Partner of the Outdoors, supporting organizations like the National Parks Foundation. However, this strong outdoor association creates challenges for eCommerce, as the brand is not top-of-mind for online shoppers.

To support Nature Valley’s business and create a new funding stream for nature—particularly important during periods of low attendance—we reimagined the business model with Amazon. We introduced "Royalties for Nature," ensuring that national parks—the biggest stars in film history—receive a share of the revenue generated from streaming.
