Corona's second-year jersey-led experience to drive fan engagement in Mexico saw an in-stadium payment solution in year one (Jersey Pay) evolve into a national scale fan-loyalty experience for the 2022 World Cup, and new way to acquire and retain customers.
The "Beer Badge" jersey was a sponsorship play with Adidas and the Mexico National Team, a special edition jersey preloaded with Corona Beer, that helped us engage new fans at every match and keep them coming back to the next.
